On Thursday, August 4 from 12–3pm in Annenberg Plaza in Philadelphia, Firelight Media hosted a Beyond Resilience Cool Down event at BlackStar Film Festival. Firelight Media’s Interim Documentary Lab Director Sabaah Folayan and Documentary Lab alum Sian-Pierre Regis hosted this pop-up, where the filmmaking community enjoyed frozen delights from our ice cream truck, created moments in our photo booth, wound down with a cold drink, and turned up with a DJ set by BB Basura.
