Beyond Inclusion | Beyond Resilience x DOC NYC

On November 17, 2020, as part of DOC NYC Live, Firelight Media presented a special edition of its Beyond Resilience Series.

"Beyond Inclusion" features a discussion of the new report Beyond Inclusion: The Critical Role of People of Color in the U.S. Documentary Ecosystem authored by Sahar Driver and commissioned by the Ford Foundation’s JustFilms initiative about the contributions, power, and potential of filmmakers of color in nonfiction today, and the role that POC-led and supporting organizations play in fostering and sustaining their work and careers all across the country.
